For officially abandoned or postponed matches, our policy is to refund the bet. However, if a cancelled match is part of an accumulator, that match's odds are set to 1.0 (void) and the remaining matches in the accumulator are settled as normal. See the Terms & Conditions page for full details.

A handicap gives a goal advantage or disadvantage to even out the two sides. For example, if you back Team A at -1.5, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for your bet to win. With decimal odds, your stake × odds = total return, and your original stake is already included in that figure.
With a Single you bet on one match, so your risk is lower. With an Accumulator (Parlay) you combine two or more matches and the odds multiply, so a winning ticket pays out much more. The trade-off is that if any one match loses, the entire stake is lost — keep that in mind.
Withdrawals
Yes. mm800's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests made after 10 PM or on public holidays are processed the same as any other time. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the payment network.
Withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If there's a delay, check your withdrawal request history and contact us via Live Chat. Delays may occur only during mobile banking network maintenance periods.
A withdrawal can stay Pending for several reasons — unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your registered phone number or account details and the payment account, or a bank network issue. If it has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact Live Chat with your transaction ID and we'll look into it.
The minimum withdrawal amount at mm800 is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below that amount cannot be processed — your balance must reach that amount first. For the maximum withdrawal limit, it varies depending on your VIP level, so feel free to ask via Live Chat.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is credited automatically on your first deposit at mm800. A 150% bonus is added to your account, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. No bonus code is needed — the bonus is calculated based on your first deposit amount.
Bonus amount × 25 = wagering requirement. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks; you need to wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus. If you deposit 140,000 Ks, the bonus is capped at 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 240,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.
Slots, Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), football betting, and fish shooting games normally all count towards wagering. When a friend registers through your referral link and makes their first deposit, you receive 5% of that deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per person). On top of that, you earn 0.1% of your referred friends' wagered amounts as weekly commission. There's no limit on how many people you can refer, so the earnings keep coming.
No. The welcome bonus is available once per mm800 account. Opening multiple accounts or attempting to claim the bonus more than once is a violation of our terms and conditions, and may result in account closure and cancellation of all activity.
Responsible Gaming

Deposit Questions
Currently supported deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All of these methods support a minimum deposit starting from 3,000 Ks.
Log in to your mm800 account and open the Deposit section. Select KBZPay and enter the amount. A phone number to send the KBZ payment to will appear — transfer the amount to that number via the KBZPay app. Then upload a screenshot of the transfer to the platform, and your balance will be credited immediately or shortly after.
mm800 does not charge any deposit fees. You will receive the full amount you deposit into your balance. However, please note that if KBZPay, Wave Money, or any other payment network charges a fee on their end according to their own policies, that is not our responsibility.
Yes. Depositing with Wave Money follows the same steps as KBZPay — select Wave Money on the deposit page, enter the amount, and you will receive a Wave Money number to send funds to. Transfer via the Wave app, then upload a screenshot. Minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks.
